Fair as an International attraction

phase of Karthik Purnima you can feel
this city dance with the beat of rhythmic
folk dances and other cultural events.

enjoy in your own way in a festival
known as Mewar Festival. It is celebrated
every year during the time of Gangaur
festival, which is held in March-April.

Rajasthan is dramatically portrayed
by the performance of the folk artists.

of Desert Festival. This festival is

means “the master of the delta.”
The auspicious Baneshwar fair is celebrated
at a delta shaped by the rivers, Som
and Mahj. Baneshwar Fair is basically
a merger of two fairs. One, which is
held in due to devotion towards lord
Shiva and another fair, which started
after the construction of a Vishnu temple
after a saint, considered being an incarnation
of Lord Vishnu.

Urs
starts from the sixth lunar month,
on the Dargah by the Sajjada Nashin.
The gold and silver ornamented tomb
is washed with sandalwood in the morning.

in the Dargah.
