lapsi sauted in ghee and then sweetened. Rajasthani
best known food is the combination of dal ,bati,
and churma. Each region is distinguished by its
popular sweet- Mawa kachori from Jodhpur, Alwar
ka Mawa, Malpuas from Pushkar, Ghevar from Jaipur.Art
